⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — profile, history, preferences, and notifications — will be erased within 7 business days.

Platforms Covered

This form applies to all Ajvika apps and platforms:

  • 🛡️ GuardPro (guardpro.ajvika.com)
  • 🧠 BrightPath (brightpath.ajvika.com)
  • 🚌 Bus Track (track.ajvika.com)
  • ⚡ Labs (labs.ajvika.com)
  • 🎨 Gallery (gallery.ajvika.com)
  • 📡 IoT Hub (iot.ajvika.com)
  • 💊 MediTrack (reminder.ajvika.com)

What gets deleted

  • Your registered profile (name, email, phone)
  • All activity history and logs
  • Stored preferences and app settings
  • FCM push notification tokens
  • Any uploaded photos or files linked to your account

What is retained (legally required)

  • Payment transaction records (Razorpay — required by Indian financial regulations, retained 5 years)
  • Support correspondence (retained 1 year)

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@ajvika.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Platform name (e.g., GuardPro, BrightPath)
  • Registered phone number (if applicable)

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 7 business days.
