1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ajvika's software services, SaaS subscriptions, and consulting engagements. By subscribing or signing up for any Ajvika platform, you enter into a binding service agreement.

2. Subscription Plans

Ajvika offers monthly and annual subscription plans for platforms such as School ERP, GuardPro, BrightPath, and others. Pricing is listed on each platform's respective page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By providing payment details, you authorize Ajvika to charge the applicable subscription fee. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. GST is applicable as per Indian tax regulations.

4. Service Availability

Ajvika aims for 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (Firebase, hosting infrastructure, telecom providers).

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Ajvika services to: distribute malware, conduct phishing, scrape data without consent, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days written notice. Ajvika reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
