Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by Ajvika, including SaaS dashboards, IoT automation services, cloud subscriptions, API plans, and mobile-app based solutions. By purchasing or subscribing to Our Services, You agree to this policy.
2. No Refund on Digital Services
Since Ajvika provides digital, subscription-based, and cloud-managed services, all payments made are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- SaaS platform access
- IoT device management dashboards
- API usage plans
- Mobile/desktop software licenses
- Digital reports & analytics
Once access is activated or service is delivered, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
3. Service Cancellation by User
You may cancel Your subscription anytime by:
- Logging into Your account dashboard, or
- Contacting Our support team
Cancelling the service will stop future renewals, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the ongoing subscription.
4. Auto-Renewal Payments
If You have enabled auto-debit or recurring billing, the amount will be charged automatically. It is the user’s responsibility to disable auto-renewal before the renewal date. Paid amounts cannot be reversed once auto-renewal is processed.
5. One-Time Device / Hardware Purchases (If Applicable)
For IoT devices or hardware purchased directly from Ajvika:
- Refunds are only possible for unused, unopened devices within 7 days of purchase.
- Opened, installed, or used devices are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of manufacturing defects, replacement may be provided as per warranty terms.
6. Service Issues & Technical Support
If You face technical issues, Ajvika will provide full support and attempt to resolve the issue within reasonable time. However, service issues do not qualify for refunds.
7. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If You are charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, We will review and process the refund for the duplicate amount after verification.
8. Project-Based Work (If applicable)
For custom development, website work, automation projects, or API integration services:
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Once development has started, no refund will be processed.
- Milestone payments must be cleared before next stage delivery.
9. Cancellation by Ajvika
Ajvika reserves the right to cancel or suspend user access if:
- Misuse, abuse, or violation of terms is detected
- Fraudulent activities are suspected
- Payment is reversed or disputed
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Compliance with Indian Law
This policy follows provisions of:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- DPDP Act, 2023 (where applicable)
