Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Ajvika subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@ajvika.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access remains active until then.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Refund request raised within 7 days of initial subscription payment.
  • Service was non-functional for more than 48 continuous hours due to Ajvika's fault.
  • Duplicate payments charged due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewals already processed for the next billing cycle.
  • One-time setup fees or custom development charges.
  • Partial months of unused service.
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of the billing date.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 7–10 business days. UPI refunds may take up to 3 business days.

5. Custom Development Projects

For bespoke software or IoT development projects, payments are milestone-based. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of milestone delivery.
