1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Ajvika platform (ajvika.com or any subdomain), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Ajvika provides software development services, SaaS platforms (School ERP, GuardPro, BrightPath, etc.), IoT solutions, and consulting services. All services are subject to subscription agreements where applicable.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with all applicable laws, and not misuse our platforms for harmful, illegal, or abusive activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, content, and branding on Ajvika platforms are the intellectual property of Ajvika unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ajvika shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 30 days.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, AP.
